How do I receive my Unlimited Wash Club membership card?
When you purchase a membership online, you will receive a confirmation email. Bring this email to any Delta Sonic location, and our team will provide you with your RFID sticker for your windshield.
Can I use my Delta Sonic gift cards for online purchases?
Currently, physical gift cards can only be redeemed in-person at our physical wash locations, detail shops, and convenience stores. Online purchases require a credit or debit card.
What is the shipping policy for physical merchandise?
Physical items such as detailing kits or apparel are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has left our facility.
How do I manage or cancel my monthly subscription?
You can manage your Unlimited Wash Club membership through our online portal. To cancel, please submit a request at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Are your car wash chemicals safe for custom paint jobs?
Yes, Delta Sonic uses pH-balanced, biodegradable soaps and soft-cloth technology designed to be safe for all factory finishes and most professional custom paint applications.
What is your return policy for retail products?
Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that service vouchers and wash books are non-refundable once the barcode has been scanned or used.
